New call-to-action

Anita Andres – HR Administrator / Accounting

WorkSmart seeks to build an enduring organization that helps our people and clients reach their full potential. With colleagues like Anita, we accomplish this mission.

Anita joined WorkSmart as part of the Accounting Team in 2013, and added HR Administrator to her role in 2014. Since then, Anita “has totally revamped WorkSmart’s new hire process, making the 1st day a great experience,” Ricky Ayers, WorkSmart CFO, explains. “Anita is a joy to work with and really champions WorkSmart’s unique culture,” he adds.

Colleagues describe Anita as “Effective, Kind and Efficient” noting her willingness to “chip in and help” and go “above and beyond” as a team player. According to Alexis Komondorea, WorkSmart Controller, “Anita’s contributions are material and meaningful. Her consistent commitment to her team is evident" in all that she does.

Known to seek improvement through learning, Anita's "hunger for growth emanates,” as Alexis put it.  Anita is also known for her thirst for Diet Coke, and keeps a stash at her desk as a backup for the ice cold supply in the refrigerator.
