The WorkSmart team strives to make our workplace fun, productive, and supportive even when we aren't in the same office. During these "new normal" times, we continue to focus on balancing productivity with compassion. And to help promote wellbeing, we've given our team a PTO gift to use for an extended weekend to encourage breaks.

Employee gifts for IT Professionals Day

We've also continued to create opportunities for people to connect personally with regular virtual happy hours, company-paid e-lunch dates, team-generated music playlists, a collaborative cookbook, and even a virtual family campfire (smores kit + a match and tea light for roasting). Because, sometimes, the team 'just wanna have fun'.

Whether it's for our team or our clients, we make 'the experience' a priority by building a team of people who believe in our core values – hunger for growth, personal connections, and doing the right thing. Open communication is the key to building trust with our team and our clients. Giving our team the voice to influence how they work has led us to continue to grow.
